About Gratitude List

This app helps you to list small/big things in your life, minor/major accomplishments, acts of kindness. Expressing gratitude and being thankful has benefits towards health physically and mentally. Increasing feel-good neurotransmitters and helps to keep negative thoughts and feelings away.

Though grateful and thankful being positive feelings used many times as synonyms, there’s a small difference. Grateful is directed outwards the person and thankful is generated inside the person. We need not worry on specifics, with this app you can list either the things you are thankful for or the things you feel grateful. Its your own personal list. We are not storing it outside your phone anywhere.

You can add pictures speaking millions of words for your listed things.

Also, you may add the reason, “Why you are thankful?” for something, with this app. We recommend edit/update/read your reason quite frequently.

There are a few examples for which you can start with:

I am thankful for,

               Good health, Good friends, My family, Weekends, Vacations …

Some can be as simple as, Sunshine, Fresh air, Electricity etc. all that you can think of. We recommend frequently add, update your list. If you think something has become obvious feel free to delete it, so that you don’t feel bored.
